Leadership

Anchor Vista Construction was founded by Eric Wold and later joined by partner Sean Adams, two builders with more than 30 years of combined experience in construction, remodeling, and development.
Before founding Anchor Vista, Eric oversaw hundreds of residential renovation projects while working at a large real estate remodeling and investment firm, eventually serving as Regional Director. This experience gave him deep expertise in managing complex renovations and delivering consistent project outcomes.
Sean Adams built his career in commercial concrete construction, leading crews on structural foundation work and large-scale flatwork projects. His background adds structural expertise and precision to the company’s construction capabilities.

Anchor Vista Construction is proud to live and work in the community we serve. Eric and Sean both live in Lake Oswego with their families and are actively involved in local organizations.
Eric previously served on the board of Lake Oswego Little League and currently coaches with the Oswego Baseball Club. Anchor Vista Construction is also a member of the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association of Greater Portland.
